Ruralink training development

Ruralink is working with the GREAT Project to develop farm advisor, community facilitator and mentor eduction and training pathways. A significant milestone in this work was the delivery of a pilot Foundation Day which brought together representatives of out main stakeholder groups including a farmer, a new entrant as well as practicing advisors and facilitators at various stages in their careers.

The lessons learnt from the pilot have been fed back into our evidence base and been instrumental to in developing our current collaboration with BASIS and other national organisations.
