Are you a GREAT communications freelancer?

We're looking for a freelancer to support us with high quality digital communications to get the word out about all the wonderful things we have on offer.

The role will be:

  • Supporting the GREAT Project Manager and GREAT partners with some light-touch strategy alongside day-to-day digital comms activity. This will likely include social media content creation and channel oversight, newsletter production, basic visual comms production and dissemination (see the Enterprise Bootcamp flier below as an example), and Wix website content management

  • An average of half a day per week, with flexibility to clump time around busy periods when we have lots of events

  • Suited to someone with experience (and evidence) of communicating about regenerative agriculture or agroecology

  • Reimbursed at £200-300/day, depending on experience

Those with existing links across the food and farming sector in Gloucestershire are particularly encouraged to apply, as are people with any of the nine protected characteristics.

This is an informal recruitment. Please feel free to include any queries about the role.

Those wishing to express interest, please send an introductory email to GREAT@fwagsw.org.uk setting out your interest and experience in max. 500 words OR record a video of max. 2 minutes duration. There is no formal deadline, so please get in touch as soon as possible. You may then receive an invitation to an informal telephone/online interview.
